I am a licensed therapist in Boston, Massachusetts.

I’m glad you are here.

I believe therapy should be a supportive, compassionate space where you feel seen and heard. Together we will explore what led you to reach out and take this important, courageous next step. You may have a clear sense of what this is, or it might require a deeper look into what’s getting in the way of the life you want.

We will work together to identify old patterns and create new pathways toward growth. You will learn to expand your capacity for the big, and oftentimes, uncomfortable feelings instead of struggling with them and getting stuck.

All therapy sessions are currently through Telehealth. I will continue to assess the appropriateness of a in-person therapy appointments in the Boston area according to CDC guidelines. In person therapy appointments are limited.
